Women's Kickboxing
MBMA Karate offers Women' Cardio Kickboxing classes. These classes offer a great workout along with strength training and increased flexibility. Most importantly, these classes offer self-defense techniques that allow each individual to feel more confident.
The Instructor, Master Baker, starts each class with stretching and then leads the class through a series of punches and kicks. The moves are worked into a series of swiftly executed combinations and techniques. The instructor mixes in muscle toning exercises and conditioning drills that leave you feeling and looking great. This class offers you a total body workout and allows you to train in a relaxed and comfortble atmosphere.
